Make a post: social graphics in your colors
2 minute read
Make a post turns your shop into a finished social graphic: your brand color as the background, one of your product photos, your shop name, and your shop link, laid out for you. It opens already composed — your job is to change whatever you want and download it.
Find it on the Marketing page, under Make a post.
What you can change
- 1Layout — Big & bold puts one product front and center, Scrapbook frames your photo like a taped-up Polaroid, Echo wall repeats one word behind a framed photo (type your own wall word or let it follow the headline, outlined or filled with gingham, dots, stripes, or tiny flowers), Notes card lays a to-do-style list of your real products and prices over a full photo, and Just words is a clean text announcement that needs no photo at all.
- 2Background — your brand color is the first swatch, next to a set of on-trend colors like butter yellow and lavender. You can also type any exact color as a hex code (like #7a4706) to match your brand perfectly. The text color adjusts itself so every combination stays readable.
- 3Accent color — the highlighted headline word, notes, arrows, and doodles. Auto picks one that reads well, or type your own hex code.
- 4Extras — switches for the price sticker, the doodles, the bottom band, and a scalloped edge, so you can strip a layout down or dress it up.
- 5Type style — five looks: elegant serif, classic serif, bold modern, Varsity (collegiate block letters), and Grandmillennial (fine serif that pairs with the scalloped edge). Pick the one that feels like your shop.
- 6Words — the headline, a smaller line, and an optional handwritten note with an arrow. Above the boxes is a row of post ideas — Taking orders, New piece, Booking up, and more. Click one and the words are written for you from your real shop; click it again for a different version. Prices fill in from your real listings when you pick a photo.
- 7Size — square for a feed post, tall for a story.
Note: There's no way to make a bad one on purpose: the layouts, colors, and type pairings are curated so every combination looks designed.
Posting it
Click Download this post and you get a picture file sized for Facebook or Instagram. Post it wherever your customers already are — nothing ever posts by itself, and Broidry never touches your accounts.
Your shop link is on every graphic, so anyone who sees the post can click through and order.
